Justin Cloud CEO
Meet Justin, a dedicated worker always seeking new business challenges. Before co-founding CC&M with his wife, Lauren, Justin spent 14 years as an Engineer and Conductor at CSX Transportation. He also ran several businesses, specializing in remodeling and building houses. Justin's entrepreneurial spirit and perseverance have led him to own and manage businesses and rental properties in the tri-county area for over 15 years. With a passion for problem-solving, Justin oversees all maintenance, construction, and power washing divisions at CC&M. When he's not leading the team at CC&M, Justin enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
Lauren Cloud: Owner & Business Development
Meet Lauren, a native of Corbin, Kentucky, and a third-generation entrepreneur. Before co-founding CC&M with her husband, Justin, Lauren earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Organizational Management from Asbury University and became a licensed Real Estate Appraiser. As a leader at CC&M, Lauren oversees the cleaning managers, daily office operations, and business development. She has a keen eye for identifying potential business opportunities and works tirelessly to develop, build, and sustain businesses and their public relationships.
Dennis Fields: Operations and Special Projects Manager
Meet Dennis, the Operations and Special Projects Manager in our construction and maintenance division. Dennis is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our building maintenance team and manages special projects from start to finish. His duties include scheduling work, supervising staff, ensuring safety and compliance, and maintaining open communication with clients. With a reputation for thinking outside the box and a willingness to lend a helping hand, Dennis plays a critical role in ensuring the success of on-time, within-budget projects, and well-maintained buildings.
Josh Adkins: Power Washing Supervisor
Meet Josh, our Power Washing Manager. He oversees and directs our team of power washing professionals, scheduling jobs, managing equipment, and supervising staff to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. With in-depth knowledge of power washing techniques and equipment, including pressure washers, cleaning agents, and safety gear, Josh is a valuable asset to our team. He pays attention to detail and identifies areas requiring special attention to achieve outstanding results.
Ron Lanham: Chief Carpenter
Meet Ron, our chief carpenter with extensive expertise in creating and building custom cabinetry. From kitchens and bathroom vanities to laundry/utility room organizers and entertainment centers, Ron can bring your vision to life. He is also skilled in installing crown molding and baseboards to give your space a polished finish. With the ability to build a house from the ground up and complete precision work in his cabinetry, Ron is a versatile craftsman. When he's not building in the shop, Ron loves spending time outdoors.

Meet Randall, our Director of Automation. Randall has a proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing automated solutions across a range of computer technologies, security systems, and sound systems. With a focus on innovation and collaboration, Randall is committed to driving digital transformation within his organization. He is dedicated to identifying automation opportunities, designing effective solutions, and managing the automation infrastructure to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity. His deep understanding of automation technologies and processes has been critical in achieving business objectives and delivering value to stakeholders.
